This giveaway is subject to the following terms and conditions and all participants acknowledge and agree to be bounded by these terms and conditions.

Giveaway Duration

Our second round of giveaway is from Sept. 9 to Nov. 10, 2010. We are planning to send out 1,000 copies. We reserve the right to terminate this giveaway at any time. But if you miss our giveaway, you can also DOWNLOAD for 60 days' trial of NoteExpress.

Giveaway Eligibility

1. Participant must have a valid email address of an educational institution or university ending with the domain suffix .edu (for example, tom@harvard.edu) or .ac (for example, tom@oxford.ac.uk) in these countries or areas: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, and France.
2. Fill in our online survey (10 problems) completely and submit successfully.
3. Each participant can only apply ONE giveaway registration key of NoteExpress. Your recommendation of our giveaway to your classmates and friends will be warmly appriciated.

Giveaway Software Description

1. We provide FULL functionality of NoteExpress (retail value $128 USD) in this giveaway and we guarantee CLEAN installation. The giveaway software can be upgraded for FREE before Version 3 (The current version is 2.5). In the event of our next major release (i.e. v 3.0), an upgrade fee will be required. But you can also continue using your 2.x version of NoteExpress without upgrade.
2. We provide NO technical support in general for this giveaway version of software. But if you come across any problem, we recommend you to our online forum for help from other users.

Giveaway Registration Key

1. Each registration key can be registered only to TWO computers, for example, your laptop and desktop. For reinstallation or recovery of your operating system, you need register with your key again.
2. After the Giveaway deadline, we will send only eligible participants registration key within 5 work days. Please check all your email folders if necessary.
3. Once you get your giveaway registration key, you can register as follows: start NoteExpress and click menu “help > register”, fill in your email and key and click "ok".
